A market-leading London fit out contractor is looking for a genuine project leader to front flagship schemes across Central London.

This is not a “number 2” role.
This is full project ownership.

What You’ll Be Trusted With

• £20m–£60m commercial office fit outs
• Direct client interface at board level
• Full P&L responsibility
• Leading PMs, Site Managers & commercial teams
• Driving programme in fast-track, logistically challenging environments
• Protecting margin — not explaining why it’s gone

You’ll report to a Construction Director — but you’ll run your job like it’s your own business.
