A Leading PLC Developer based in Kent is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its in-house team and support an expanding pipeline of residential developments across the region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to work closely with development and construction teams, managing projects from pre-construction through to final account.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost planning, budgeting, and cost control across multiple residential projects

• Preparation of tender documentation and management of procurement processes

• Interim valuations, variation management, and agreement of final accounts

• Liaison with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders

• Monitoring project financial performance and reporting to senior management/directors

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within residential development

• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Relevant qualification (RICS or working towards preferred)
