Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in delivering RC frame residential schemes? We’re working with a leading Tier 1 residential developer looking to appoint a high-calibre Project Manager to lead a flagship new build development in East London.

🔨 The Project:

A high-spec, multi-unit RC frame residential scheme forming part of a larger regeneration project. This is a ground-up development, offering the opportunity to take ownership from early works through to completion, working alongside a high-performing site team and supported by an experienced senior leadership group.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the on-site delivery of the RC frame and follow-on works

• Manage subcontractors, health & safety, quality, and programme performance

• Coordinate with design and commercial teams to ensure seamless delivery

• Chair progress meetings, manage reporting and interface with stakeholders

• Drive excellence in delivery while maintaining budget and time targets

✅ Ideal Candidate:

• Proven track record managing RC frame residential or mixed-use projects from start to finish

• Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 developers or main contractors

• Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management skills

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black), First Aid and other relevant qualifications
