Zach Grandy-Smith

​Zach is an experienced Recruitment Consultant in the construction sector and has specialised for a number of years in placing freelance production staff in fit out and main contractors in addition to residential developers.

Zach went to London South bank university where he studied urban planning which led him to find his way into the construction industry and in turn construction recruitment.

Zach has placed Finishing, Site and Project Managers of all levels for a number of years on a temporary, freelance and contract basis, and understands the importance of fully vetting, referencing and qualifying the production staff he works with.
