Salary: £60,000.00 - £70,000.00 per year + package

My client, a tier 1 main contractor are looking for a motivated and driven Design Manager with proven experience with the delivery of projects. You would be working on a School project initially valued at £60m in North West London.

Role scope:

You would be engaged within their pre-con team managing the design process. Your responsibility would progress through all the stages of design and then work directly with the on site production team. This will be related to the complexity of the scheme and the expertise of the chosen candidate.

You will possess an excellent understanding of the application of design management, BIM and document control processes to ensure the highest quality of design aligned with the programme.

Key Skills:

·         Experienced in Education, Commercial or Residential schemes

·         Degree Educated (desirable)

·         Excellent organisational skills and strong IT abilities

·         Motivated and driven

·         Experience of working for a Tier 1 main contractor
